Some companies offer a 30 to 60 day money back guarantee on their products which is a big benefit for you. Document your weight loss results and if you are not happy with the results just ask the company for your money back. In some cases you will be dealing with a network marketing company and their products along with a representative that sold you the products. In this case you will probably have to deal with the rep that sold you the products. Lets look on the positive side and say that you lost some weight. Did you lose enough weight to make it worth while to do a 2nd and 3rd weight loss challenge? If not move on to the next companies products.

My Personal Weight Loss Challenge To You

Try doing this challenge without the aid of weight loss products or supplements. This will be an all natural weight loss challenge. Below is an outline of what I am personally doing to lose my weight. I am offering this to you because it is working for me. I lost 18 lbs in my 1st 25 days. My goal is to get down to 225 lbs from a high of 293 lbs.

  1.  The first step is to cut out almost all sugar. No sugar in your coffee, cereal, tea or what ever you may have put sugar in. Do not feel bad if every now and then you have a small piece of something sweet. I have replace sugar with sweet apples and other sweet fruits. I have eaten some grapes that tasted as good or better then candy. One type of grape taste like cotton candy.
  2.  Drink More Water For Weight LossStop drinking all diet drinks! The artificial sweeteners that are in them may be causing you not to lose weight. Most are chemicals! Here is a list of them: sucralose and acesulfame, potassium, aspartame, cyclamate, saccharin and stevia.
  3.  Drink more water, at least 8-8oz glasses of water a day. Do not count a cup of coffee as a glass of water. Do not drink water out of the plastic bottles it often comes in. Drink tap water of purified tap water.

Exercise For Weight Loss

Walking For Your 60 Day Weight Loss ChallengeExercise is not on this list because I have been unable to exercise due to major lower back and neck pain. Hopefully I will be able to start exercising after I finish getting my nerve burns on my back. Exercise should be on the list so I am adding it here as I plan to do it in the near future. I expect the exercise will help with continued weight loss.

4. Exercise 30 to 60 minutes a day if you can. If you cannot exercise for that long then do as much as you can. A couple of minutes is better then nothing. I will probably start by walking short distances and building on that. Start with walking 100 to 200 yards at first and as you can walk longer distances do so.

The exercise goal is to get where you can walk, walk fast, ride a bike, jog, do yoga, swim in a pool and do other exercises more and more over time. You want to get to where you can do some type of exercise for 30 minutes or more. I believe doing these 4 steps will take the weight off and keep it coming off for how ever long you follow the steps.

Stop Over EatingThere is one more thing I have been doing which I feel has helped me lose weight. This is very simple to do. Stop eating when you get full or feel full. Face it, many of us eat extra food after we are already full of food. You have eaten so much food that you feel like you are going to pop yet you will still force a couple of more bites of food down your throat. STOP!!! Don’t force the food down. You will lose weight if you stop eating when you feel full. You may also want to slow down and enjoy your food. You will find that you get full on less food if you slow your consumption down.
